Maas Brothers’ state-of-the-art automated powder coating system efficiently accommodates both high- and low-volume production runs. Our conveyorized system offers in-line priming and quick color change technology for any finish, with 600+ samples on display in our showroom. Engineered around custom fixturing, our automated lines integrate IR gel ovens for streamlined two-coat finishing, accommodating industrial parts up to 12’6” in length. Additionally, we have extensive batch powder operations and dedicated media blasting facilities.
